You will meet the farmers of the Bellagio dairy in person, visiting the company, the animals and get to know the real agricultural activities carried out in our area. We will accompany you to discover the agricultural and rural world of Bellagio, tasting the extraordinary cheeses of the dairy, combined with the wines of our territory and some labels of the prestigious Frescobaldi winery. In the dairy you will experience the thrill of transforming milk into cheese, getting to know the master cheesemakers and experiencing the art of cheese first-hand. The cheese lesson will be preceded by a guided tour of the aging cellar and interspersed with a guided wine and cheese tasting. The activity ends in the splendid location of the Salice Blu restaurant with a 4-course lunch / dinner prepared by chef Luigi Gandola.
